Absolutely! Our inventory changes with the seasons – think snow boots and thermal layers in winter, breathable aqua shoes for summer, and lightweight rainsuits for spring showers. Sign up for our emails to get adventurer alerts when new seasonal gear arrives!

Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements. As a general rule, we recommend sizing up if your child is between sizes – growing room means more adventure time! Our baby grows feature clever fold-over cuffs for adjustable lengths.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure checkout. All payments are processed through our encrypted payment system to keep your information safe.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details on our servers after your order is processed.

We pack orders quickly to get them on their way to you (usually within 1-2 business days). If you need to make changes, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number – we’ll do our best to help!

Yes! We outfit young adventurers across Europe, North America, Australia and most international destinations. Currently we’re unable to ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia, but we’re working on expanding our routes!

You’ll receive email updates at every stage – from “Packing Your Puddle Jumper” to “Out for Delivery”. Each order comes with tracking information so you can follow your little one’s adventure gear on its journey to you!

No worries! You have 15 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached in their original packaging (though we totally understand if the box became a spaceship in the meantime!).

Visit our Returns Portal or email us at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll guide you through our easy online returns process.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new items as soon as we process your return.
