Our Step-by-Step Returns Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Email our parent-run customer team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Which items you’re returning/exchanging
  • Reason for return (helps us improve our adventure-proof gear!)

2. Package Your Items

Repack your items in the original packaging (or similar sturdy packaging – we know how quickly those boxes become rocket ships!). Include:

  • All original tags and labels
  • The packing slip (if available)
  • A note with your order number (helpful if the packaging gets more love than our toddler-proof jackets!)

3. Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we can’t process returns until we receive them. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Requests

Want to swap for a different size or color? Follow the same process above and specify your exchange preferences. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return (usually within 3 business days of receipt).

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear (your bank may take additional days to process)
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
